Grahame is passionate about adding value, supporting and assisting people on a personal and businesses level through growth and change, by serving, caring, being respectful and sensitive to their life conditions and internal challenges. Having gone through some challenging real life experiences, hardships and powerful breakthroughs, he has come out the other end with personal insights into what’s holding people back.
COACHING & MENTORING FOCUS
Grahame’s focus within the mentoring and coaching environment has been towards internal business development, career orientation for employees and structure forming within the organization. Being an employee or business owner requires clarity on where you want to go, understanding the purpose and laying out a map of how to achieve the goals. Matching people with career paths and business owners with purpose is a dream come true for him.
“Values Matter” Understanding why visions, missions, goals and strategy go astray in any size of organization is fundamental. Through mapping organizational and individual values natural environments are created where decision making is at the core and fosters best fit approaches with careers, strategies, vision and organizational purpose. People don’t leave their values, ways of thinking, worldviews and decision making processes at home when they go to work. Using this information leads to designing and understanding a business that’s natural to what the owners want, what the values truly are and placing / utilizing best fit throughout the organization, in terms of the human potential and paves a new way of doing business.
