Mary Argese is an Executive Business Coach and a Personal Life Coach with over 16 years coaching experience including phone coaching internationally with Clients in London, Singapore, Interstate and the South West of WA.

Mary started her own business Life Coaching Success in 2006 while undertaking postgraduate studies in Coaching at Curtin University WA. She also became a member of the International Coaching Federation and actively participating. In 2008 Mary was invited to join the Mentor Coaching Team with the Entrepreneurial Unit for the Business School at Curtin University in 2008. Mary went on to found Coaching Business Success focusing on Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Relationship Development and Teamwork.

Mary’s methods draw on her experiences across a diverse range of businesses, industries and countless sessions with individual Clients and works with a customized and personalized approach which ensures results are consistent and repeatable when clients put the coaching into practice.

As an Executive Business Coach Mary believes that true change starts at the top and is led by example. This creates sustainable change across the business and its resources. She supports Clients to embrace the business Values, Vision and Mission and then reflect them in their actions. She has worked with Business Leaders who use coaching as a safe space to reflect and develop as it can be ‘lonely at the top’. She can coach a technical minded person to develop into a Leader. Qualified as a certified graduate from the leading International coach school- CoachU, Arlene has over 2000 hours of coaching experience with more than 200 clients, over a period of 16 years. Women of diverse backgrounds have gained business experience, through her mentorship, when serving 10 years with Business and Professional Women. As a practicing health professional, she has held nursing and people development leadership positions in the WA public sector, and community services not for profit organisations. She is sought after for her ability to comprehend the impact of complex legislative, political and environmental landscapes leaders and managers work in.

She provides individual and group coaching for Executives, managers and teams using her skills in performance coaching, and transformative leadership coaching. She uses ontological coaching approaches that support positive changes in language and messaging for her coaching clients as they embrace different approaches to their leadership. She offers insights around clients having better conversations that engage their people.

Arlene is a natural promoter of human performance. She is conscientious, values honesty, and integrity and has experience of working with people from diverse backgrounds. Mary-Jo is an experienced facilitator and coach with over 20 years training under AQTF standards for federal, state and private organizations. She has served on the board of an NGO and has also served as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of a private national company based in Perth. She provides professional development in the form of one on one support to clients, particularly in the area of workplace coaching, leadership and management coaching and career enhancement. Her role as facilitator and group coach engages her with clients right across the Public Sector and she is regarded one of the lead facilitators in the provision of training around Accountable and Ethical Decision Making to government agencies and boards.

Mary-Jo also works with The Winding Staircase which has given her the opportunity to engage with clients through leadership programs such as the Public Sector Commission’s Pathways to Leadership, the Aboriginal Leadership Development program for Health WA and a Leadership program for Main Roads, WA. She also works with personal Clients regarding career and personal issues.  Her clients describe her as a “practical people person” who is very empathetic and possesses a great sense of humour.

She enjoys partnering with her clients around resilience in the workplace as a tool to cope with the continual change and challenges they encounter in their various work related roles. Keith has been a salesman all his working life. Starting with a holiday job behind the counter of a men’s wear store at 14 he has been a Salesman for almost five decades. Over his career Keith has sold giftware, pharmaceuticals, hot water systems, floor treatment, irrigation equipment and real estate. He is proud to say he has walked the walk and talked the talk.  Having also been a Service, Sales and State Manager for a national company and the owner of two Real Estate practices he fully appreciates and understands what is involved in running a business.

Danielle Argese

Whilst studying at Curtin, Danielle worked part-time as an Accounts and Payroll Officer. Through her work in the accounting field over her years of study, she grew a passion for accounts. Since graduating, Danielle currently works part time for Coaching Business Success doing bookkeeping and admin tasks.

Danielle is a Curtin University Graduate, with aspirations to work in all fields of Marketing – creating, editing and publishing content for various publications, as well as managing the online distribution of content. Danielle has a strong working knowledge of information technology, as from a young age she always had a passion for the online world, which then translated into her studying within this are at Curtin University. She maintains the social media platforms for Life Coaching Success/Coaching Business Success, locating, editing and publishing content.
