As a single mother to four young daughters and a postgraduate student navigating a divorce, I embarked on the path of leadership with unyielding determination. My Family and my Team knows that I genuinely and honestly care about their well-being, and this has fostered a sense of trust, care, commitment and respect.
  • Delegation became a cornerstone as I learned to let go of some tasks to balance my many responsibilities. Entrusting capable team members with specific roles freed me to focus on my postgraduate studies and my family without compromising the success of my business. Throughout my journey, I’ve embraced continuous self-improvement. Being a single mother and a business owner is a relentless test of my abilities, but it’s also a source of inspiration.
