This is offered to Business Clients so Staff are supported both personally (so that they work at peak performance) and developed professionally so they take leadership initiative for the benefit of themselves in their work productivity and their team and the business.

Staff/Management using Coaching:-

Coaching Business Success provides a panel of Coach’s for Staff/Management can choose from. With having a panel of Coach’s there is CHOICE of who fits best for each person:-

  • This is introduced with an information hour where all Staff attend. The Coaching Process is explained and information is provided. The Panel of Coach’s introduce themselves by giving a (2-3minute maximum) presentation of how they work with Clients.
  • All Staff are given the opportunity to accept coaching.
  • We are allocated a time to be at your offices in a room that you provide and offer these sessions on a regular basis of your choice (monthly, fortnightly or weekly based on number of employees in the business).
  • Bookings can be made through our administration or your HR.

In organisations where outside Coachs are brought into the organisation to Coach Staff, it improved teamwork/ relationships/ communication/ leadership and the overall culture within departments as well as the whole organisation (see attached Benefits of Coaching).

Given organisations continuously go through “Change” this support to Staff/Management will decrease/stop the possibly of anyone in the business sitting in a space of immobilisation (see The Change Process). This in-house Employee Enhancement Program supports a shift to a space of acceptance, hope, exploration and moving forward for themselves and the business.

Providing an EEP is a way that you can show your employees how much you value them because you are providing them with a Coach. It’s a reward and recognition of their value. The organisation benefits from constantly highly productive employees.

Each group will be unique to what it needs from me, and, what will gain from each other

 

How is it run? 8 x 2 hours sessions fortnightly.

$720 + GST (Payable in advance).

This will give you 4 months of Coaching support for less than $200/month!

One – One: One hour Session (preferably rebooked)

OR Laser Session: (as required on the day) 15min – 30 minute

OR Shadow Coaching: Coach observing and posing awareness questions/learnings over a period of time in your workday (as required on the day)

Investment: $250/hour (minimum of 3 hours), One day per fortnight

Step 1:  New Client Orientation Session at your offices

Corporate Coaching of Staff starts with 15-30minutes setting Coaching Goals with Manager/Business-owner. Then meet other Staff/Management/Team, be shown around the business, told about the
business and provided with Organizational Chart/s, Mission/Vision/Values and Job Description

Investment = $300/hr. (mileage/travel at $150/hour). Can take from 1-3hrs pending Client/Coachee.

 

Step 2: Choose 1 of the following packages. Commence 2 weeks after Orientation.

Package 1: Refocus Coaching

12 months Business and Personal Coaching support to achieve preset Business and Personal Goals

2 x 1hr coaching sessions/month. First 6 months followed by 1 x 1hr coaching sessions for next 6 months

Sessions may go slightly over the hour if required, at no extra charge

Monthly Investment = $600 + GST

Package 2: Direction Coaching 

12 months Business and Personal Coaching support to achieve preset Business and Personal Goals

2 x 1hr coaching sessions each month for 12 months

Sessions may go slightly over the hour if required, at no extra charge

Monthly Investment = $700 + GST

Package 3: Premium Coaching 

12 months Business and Personal Coaching support to achieve preset Business and Personal Goals

4 x 1hr coaching sessions each month for 12 months (This can be used for Coaching 2 Staff at same time)

Unlimited email and phone access

Monthly Investment = $1,200 + GST

Package 4: Basic Coaching

4+ months of Coaching = 8 x 1hr coaching sessions @ 1 session per fortnight for 8 fortnights

Investment = $2,400+GST

Package 5: Change Coaching

6+ months of Coaching = 12 x 1hr coaching sessions @ 1 session per fortnight for 12 fortnights

Investment = $3,600 +GST

Step 3: At the conclusion of the above packages, you can
take the opportunity of:

– 1 x 1hr coaching session per month = $300+GST. Ongoing in blocks of six months.

ALL Packages include access to a wide range of tools as support for achieving goals in life.

Note: An appointment change requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, otherwise it is deemed taken and full fees
apply. If monthly sessions are missed, then they are deemed taken. Fees to be paid on the first of the month
in-advance. No Mileage ($150/hr.) will be added if the coaching occurs at Coaching Business Success offices.
